4. Our Products
4.1 We choose our products based on ethical or fair-trade criteria which we consider vital for our business and we make sure that our suppliers comply and respect established values and certifications.
4.2 We believe that the information on which we base our criteria and selection is accurate according to the information supplied by product suppliers and manufacturers. However, suppliers and product specifications may change from time to time and whilst we make every effort to change our published specifications as soon as we become aware of any, we cannot be responsible for any supplier information and changes about which we are unaware.
4.3 We make every effort to ensure that product's photography, colour, product/texture descriptions are as accurate as possible. Slight differences in colours and textures may occur and manufacturers’ product specifications may change slightly from time to time. Please note that all measurements provided are 99,5 % of the time accurate.
5. Prices
5.1 The price of any products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error.
5.2 Our prices are net and VAT is not applicable, however delivery costs are applicable for all purchases you made and will be added to the total amount once you have choose a shipping methody/delivery rate.
5.3 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already
sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
5.4 Our site contains a large number of products/items and it is possible that despite our best efforts,on occasion a product or products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that where a product's correct price is less than our stated price; we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you.
5.5 If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
6. Purchasing/ Ordering
6.1 Please note that we do not accept any orders by phone nor by post. All purchases/orders must be processed via our website.
6.2 Purchase made for "Next Day Delivery" shall be submitted before 13.30pm that from Monday to Friday.
6.3 Express orders placed on a Friday after 13.30pm or placed over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.(excl. Bank Holidays).
6.4 Overseas orders will be gladly accepted - Please check tables for details of carriage charges.

6.5 Orders from our site for delivery outside the UK, may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
a) Please note that we have no control over these charges, any doubts contact your local customs office for further
information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are unsatisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, if possible in the original packaging with a reference number within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or allow you for a replacement - no questions will be asked.
7.2 Items returned under planetgift's 14 days returns policy must be unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact (e.g: Gift sets,Body lotions...).
7.3 We are only able to replace identical products (requests for different sizes not acceptable),
7.4 When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used.
7.5 The refunds process can take up to three weeks of our receiving your return. Also note that the costs for returning the item to us are unrefundable.
7.6 When returning goods to us, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during busy periods, please be aware that this could take longer, so allow up to 25 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
7.7 All Items bought as gifts can only be given to the original buyer, in case you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.
7.8 Items that are non-returnable: lingerie, all Body creams/lotions or oils, unless the original packaging remains unopened and also undamaged.
8. Cancellation
8.1 You may cancel any purchase/orders via the Website within 7 days of your order being accepted, except that where the services are provided within 7 days of the order being accepted, your right to cancel ceases once provision of the services starts.
8.2 You cannot cancel personalised items or gifts to your requirements, or cannot be returned under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
8.3 You should send any notice of cancellation of an order to us via email. Please provide full details of the order, including any order number we have given you for it.
8.4 In accordance with these terms and conditions, we will refund to you any sums paid for that order within 28 days of receipt of your cancellation. We may deduct any direct costs we incur in recovering any goods delivered under an order which is then cancelled.
9. Exclusions of liability
9.1 We do use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the data on the Website is accurate, however, neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. 11.2 In the event that there is a problem with your order, we will communicate with you via e-mail or telephone.
11.3 Should you have any queries regarding personal security, or information that we hold about you simply email enquiries@Planetgift.co.uk and we will endeavour to respond within two working days.
11.4 If you wish your personal details removed from our database simply go to "contact us" page,in the Subject field insert "REMOVE MY DETAILS"; then body text of email with your full name, email address confirming that you would like us to remove you personal data from our customer database.
11.5 Please note that the above may be subject to review, and Planetgift reserves the right to alter terms and conditions at some future date.
