Shipping information

• Delivery rates for some items may differ - example (item weight..) . To see postage costs please add item to cart and check the delivery charges table or hit "Add product" to basket and shipping rates table will be displayed.
  

• We aim to deliver your item (s) as quick as possible, 95% of sold items are shipped same day.

• For Special Delivery™ Next Day we charge £6.75 + 0.74 (recorded) up to 1 Kg.

• Orders for "Next Day Delivery" must be submitted before 1 pm that from Monday to Friday.

• Express orders placed on a Friday after 13.30pm or placed over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday. (excl. Bank Holidays).

• Overseas orders will be gladly accepted - Please give us a call or email us for more detailed information. If calling from outside the UK, please call us : 9am to 5pm at +44 (0) 1252679885.

• Orders from our site for delivery outside the UK, may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

• Please note that we have no control over these charges, any doubts contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Returns & Refunds ( See Terms & Conditions)

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you are unsatisfied with any item you ordered, just return it to us, if possible in the original packaging with a reference number within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or allow you for a replacement - No questions will be asked.

• Items returned under planetgift's 14 days returns policy must be unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact (e.g: Gift sets, Body lotions...).

• We are only able to replace identical products (requests for different sizes not acceptable),

• When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used.

• We strongly advise that you return item(s) using a recorded delivery service.

• The refunds process can take up to two weeks (depends on Countries, banks refunds...) of our receiving your return. Also note that the costs for returning the item to us are non-refundable.

• When returning goods to us, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We will process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during busy periods, please be aware that this could take longer, so allow up to 15 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

• All Items bought as gifts can only be given to the original buyer, in case you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.

• Items that are non-returnable: Rings, all Body creams/lotions or oils, unless the original packaging remains unopened and also undamaged.
